The small print

Delivery and returns

We post across the UK with standard and express options.

Draft placeholder: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Nothing here is final.

Delivery dates

The order-by dates we show come from our delivery calendar. Dates marked provisional may change. Juno only ever quotes dates from that calendar.

Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items made for your chart can't be cancelled once we start making them. If anything arrives wrong or damaged, we always replace it.
