The small print
Digital content
Our Year Ahead and Love Match readings and Gift a Reading e-cards are digital.
Draft placeholder: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Nothing here is final.
Delivery
Digital readings are delivered to your account or by email after payment. E-card codes go to the buyer to pass on.
Your right to cancel
You can usually cancel within 14 days. Once you ask us to start a reading and it has been delivered, that right ends. We'll ask you to confirm before we begin.
Gift a Reading codes
A code can be redeemed once. If a code goes missing, contact us with your order details.
If something's wrong
If a reading doesn't arrive or doesn't match what you ordered, tell us and we'll put it right.
